This is a special interest course focused on the wines of Ontario: how they are grown and made. Become familiar with VQA wines and the viticultural areas in which they are grown. 

Please note that this course includes the Wine Council of Ontario certification (certificates will be issued to participants receiving 85% or better, 65% is considered a pass).

Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the course fee and is non-refundable once the course begins.

Note: Brock University students should not register through this site but apply for an override through Barb Tatarnic (email: ccovi@brocku.ca). This is so the course will be reflected on your University transcript.
